How to prevent swine flu - Part 1

This is part 1 of 2-series of articles dealing with how to avoid contracting the swine flu. The first part will deal with how to keep the flu virus from your system - the second part will address what to do in case the virus has entered your system (to strengthen your immune system)

Part 1: Keeping the virus Out!

1. Hand disinfection
All hands down - can wash their hands more than sufficient if the potential against deadly flu outbreak in the area.

There are times when you do not wash hands or disinfectant nearby. Ever handle money? Banknotes and coins are among the dirtiest things you can find on Earth. They are dirtier than the bathroom, because maybe hundreds of thousands of people who are holding - and even, for once clean. Of the cases, I suggest that consumption of alcohol disinfectant wiper. 2. Protect your mouth and nose

The mouth and nose are the areas of virus enters your body - is classified as a respiratory virus for a reason. Now, with surgical masks outside may seem a bit "exaggerated", but if you live in an area near the disaster, will not leave home without one. Amazon safe list mask can be accessed here: safety masks

3. Protect your hands
